Return and Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following criteria:
The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
The product must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date alongside the purchase receipt.
The product must not have been used, installed, or modified in any way.
The product must not be a final sale or clearance item.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at info@figura.ke to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return and refund criteria. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products
